We are thrilled to share news about our upcoming 2nd Pro Bono project, developed in collaboration with an innovative SaaS startup based in California, USA (hereafter referred to as the client). This project is a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to make a tangible impact and gain hands-on consulting experience.

About Our Client:

Our client, a forward-thinking SaaS startup, is dedicated to addressing customer pain points with its last mile IoT ERP solution. Their unique value proposition sets the stage for an exciting collaboration, and we are enthusiastic about contributing to their growth strategy through this partnership.

Project Details:

In this project, you will collaborate closely with our client's visionary founders.  Your role will involve conducting an in-depth analysis of the North American IoT, SaaS and ERP system market, paving the way for a crafted plan to accelerate revenue.  Moreover, you'll have the invaluable opportunity to receive direct mentorship from senior MBB consultants along the way.  The startup's founder will offer bi-weekly guidance, insights, and feedback throughout the engagement, providing a comprehensive learning experience.  This is a golden opportunity for students with a keen interest in gaining hands-on consulting exposure.

·       Interviews: The week of January 22nd, 2024

·       Project Duration:  The project itself is set to kick off in mid-February, spanning until the end of March (6 weeks).

·       Roles: The project team will comprise one team leader, one junior team leader and 4-5 dedicated associates.  Currently, the team leader and junior team leader positions are available.
